LensCulture Review Part 2 - Exposure Awards, Digital Art

"After The Fire" (shown here) also received an outstanding review by "LensCulture", an online magazine for more than three million photography makers, lovers and thinkers from 160 countries.  The review addressed the quality of 7 of my digital images, transformed from photographs taken by me.  They were entered into the Exposure Awards 2020 competition.

"After The Fire" was the first of 3 images in my "Fire Series".   The reviewer wrote, "The reverse order of your (series of) three is a conceptual rejuvenation.   At first, I felt them to be a little more pessimistic, especially after reading about your intentions in your initial statement.   

But now I see these more as recovery, potential, and vibrancy.  The first in black and white goes counter to the colorations that you are so good at ... but I quite like it!   I wonder if this isn't an avenue to explore in addition to your color."
