SCENE FROM CHAPTER 2

"LADY EVELYN'S DRAWING ROOM

In “1989”: Book Three of the Historical Fiction Trilogy “Starlings of Peace”, this room is central to many of the revelations and important discussions that occur among and about members of the Taylor family.  This large townhome, in the Kent area of London, is the Taylor’s second home.

Although their estate is located in Kent, they maintain a townhome in London for the convenience of Nathan Taylor, a current member in the British House of Commons.  He was elected to that seat in 1987 after his father retired from it.
