Vaughn Songs in Kansas City

After my painter friend, Connie, and I left The Blue Gallery on Saturday, May 11 - we went to lunch at Ponaks Mexican Restaurant on Southwest Blvd in Kansas City.

While devouring the best quesadilla we've ever had, we ran into musician / artist, Vaughn Cowden.  

One of Vaughn's paintings hangs in the restaurant; so, we immediately left our table to go and see . . . and listened eagerly to his artistic impressions - noting our calendars with his current gig at "BB's Lawnside Blues & BBQ".
