Make Recognition Work For You

After I was notified yesterday that Artsy Shark had promoted “Near The Citadel Of Dragonflies” on Instagram, a friend and I celebrated by visiting the nationally-ranked Leopold Gallery in the Brookside area of Kansas City.  Founder Paul Dorrell had written an article "Selling Art To Corporations", February 4 (www.leopoldgallery.com), so we had plenty to learn at the gallery.

That Instagram recognition has gone everywhere by now.  It went out to all of Artsy Shark's followers, all of mine . . . and by now, to all of the followers of followers.

Always be thankful for any positive recognition you receive.  When you're proud of compliments . . . others will be, too.
