“Jewels Among Our Fore-Mothers” is a tribute to our female ancestors. 

Many survived war – and helped rebuild in peace.  We can, too.

Many cared for the sick – and celebrated healing or led recovery from grief.  We can, too.

Many learned what they needed to know – and learned what they would need to know in the future.  We can, too.

They may only be shadows in the sparkle and shine of what we hope is our history . . . but, we would have no treasure without them.
