When we feel we have no control over events and circumstances in our lives, we may want to look down.

It's best to choose for ourselves what we want to see -  so, we look up.

My choice is to see a "Brighter Day".    To believe it - is to see it.

So, look for where it's brighter, clearer, cleaner - where there is welcome and calm . . . and be there.
