“PAPA’S STORE”

Born in Poland during the collapse of the Soviet-imposed government, Elżbieta Dejna – “Elle” as she is now known in America – strives to succeed without being noticed.  The man she wants and needs . . . is hiding as well.

Sure:  this premise has its challenges in a society where survival often depends on who you know – and how you know them.  Still:  such exceptions exist.

 “Jewels Among The Ruins” will be serialized first.  (I really want feedback before I edit the final version.)
