Choosing Artwork for Competition

"Chosen Among Those In The Bouquet" is likely to be among the 5 entries River Dee Designs submits to the 9th Annual "Botanicals" Online Art Competition, sponsored by Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery.  The Deadline is 7.27.19.

I'm on the fence about which other 4 to send.  None of them have been posted, because . . .

When selecting artworks for competition, I evaluate each image being considered for entry by these primary criteria:

* Degree to which the image matches the theme

* Quality of engagement with the viewer

* Technical quality

* Unique value contributed from my particular point of view

* Benefit to beholder in emotional uplift and encouragement.
