Cherished Dog In 'Art Of The Day'

“The Faithful, Who Wait” composite image is supported by poet, Ogden Nash, in his poem "The Dog".

“The truth I do not stretch or shove

When I state that the dog is full of love.

I've also found, by actual test,

A wet dog is the lovingest.”

NOTE: I’m aware that proportionally, this dog might exceed correctness . . . but, I like this dog.

So, his presence represents a compromise. Originally, he rested in half of the creek.
