"The Two-Angel Tree" stands sturdy at the crossroad of two dirt lanes.  It has been growing there since long before anyone living was born.

No one knows why it is called "The Two-Angel Tree" - but no one wants to believe it has any other name.

The tree welcomes tradesmen from neighboring villages who barter beneath the branches - good ladies who carry baskets of food from their kitchens to the farm fields - lovers of all ages and intentions who hide behind the wide tree's trunk - waiting for dark.

No one has seen the two angels . . . but everyone knows they are there.
