The kitchen window opens to the dawn. I dreamed it that way.

“Kitchen Curtains” were made from hopes of cool or warm breezes . . . depending on the dawn that caused awakening.

Dreams from the night before were not wild . . . just color-filled, fearless, and spritely.

So, I made curtains that would frame my window with commitment to live up to the day’s expectations, make the day count.

I love the pretty curtains – and I love to pull them apart to see what I can see.
