“THE CASTLE WHERE THEY MET . . .”

She was a stranger in his country.  She took a train to the castle . . . to see what she could see.

He no longer owned the castle.  He wanted to live somewhere new.

They met in the courtyard – because she didn’t want to follow her group down into a dungeon.

Because she was looking up and down from her map, he asked her what she was looking for.

She answered, “Somewhere safe. 

He smiled and reached out his hand for her map.  “You’re in the wrong place.”
