FOR THE ROOM THAT COMFORTS THE WEARY

“BLUE MOON THROUGH SOUTHERN STEAM”

My mother took the foundation photograph of this digital painting about 40 years ago down south in the United States. 

Her image was soft and dreamy – one could imagine the steam rising from the summer scene.

When one cannot improve upon the original, it’s best to paint something completely different.
