I’m very grateful to Agnieszka Spieszny for editing my 96,000 word “Jewels Among The Ruins”.  Because the book takes place on two continents, involves characters who work in a wide variety of professions and mixes love with crime - you’ve got to feel a little empathy for her.

Her helpful comments illuminated inconsistencies and forced me to simplify – when I always want to complicate.
