Abstract Art From Photographs

“The Red Antler Tree” grew taller and broader, inspired by the memory of deer that had once sheltered beside. 

It does not like to be photographed.  I assured the tree it would not be recognizable, once transformed and published.

I patted the tree where it bent and - felt it sigh.  We had an understanding, the tree and I.  We allowed each other to do our jobs – with respect and empathy.  “Live and Let Live” is more than a suggestion.
